Senegal Housing Development Corporation and China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation (CCOEC) Visited BNBM House

On September 4, a delegation led by Mr. Sala, President of Senegal Housing Development Corporation, Mr. Mbaye, Executive Vice Minister of Ministry of Housing of Senegal, Hou Xuejun, President of CCOEC, and Wang Xiao, Vice President of CCOEC, visited BNBM House and Miyun Base for investigation. Fred Yu, Vice President of BNBM Group, and Zhao Xin, Director of BNBM House, accompanied the visit and held a group discussion.

During the visit, the guests mainly visited "Energy Plus 5.0" House created by BNBM House and Chuandong Model House, highly appreciated the new technology application, housing quality and marketing promotion of BNBM House, and expressed their confidence in future cooperation with BNBM House.

At the group discussion, Vice President Fred Yu, firstly expressed his sincere welcome to all the guests, then briefly introduced the development status of BNBM Group, especially BNBM House, and expressed his desire and confidence to carry out business in Senegal. Senegal Housing Development Corporation and Ministry of Housing of Senegal expressed their gratitude for the warm reception of BNBM Group and CCOEC. They highly praised and were satisfied with BNBM's light steel houses they visited, and said that for the cooperative project, Senegal Housing Development Corporation, Ministry of Economy and Finance and Ministry of Housing of Senegal have reported the current situation to Mr. Sall, the President of Senegal, who participated in the China-Africa Forum in Beijing, and the cooperative project is supported by the President. Hou Xuejun, President of CCOEC, said that with the growing needs of economic development and industrial upgrading in Senegal, there would be a large market for light steel structure houses in Senegal. Then the three parties held consultations on jointly and actively expanding Senegal's new housing market, and will cooperate as soon as possible to jointly develop Senegal's real estate market, build high-quality houses for the people of Senegal, and contribute to improving the living conditions of the local people and promoting local economic development.
